There were flowers and beautiful arrangements everywhere ....
on the end of every pew, on every ledge, sill, shelf and table.
I couldn't do them all justice, but here are a few of them ....
We would like to convey our thanks and gratitude to all the sponsors, all the businesses and individual families, and the children of St James' School, that have all been so generous in helping to make this 660th Anniversary such a success.
On the Sunday afternoon, prior to the Harvest Service, we had even more visitors that came to view the collection of Church Plate & Silver, all beautifully arranged at the high altar. As well as several peals of St James' bells, we also had an impromtu organ recital given by a visiting organist from another church. We thank him for that.
